Halloween in Quebec

And so the Wheel of the Year turns toward Samhain: third harvest; the end and beginning of the year; another landmark in my time away from my homeland: sweet England the olde.

I’ll be celebrating with a modest feast and ritual, but here are some pictures of how Halloween is being represented in Old Quebec City.

A full set of photographs taken on the 23rd October can be found here.

My alter ego, THE EPHEMERAL MAN, has created one of his beguiling sound paintings especially for Samhain, which you can find here

However you celebrate Samhain/Halloween, or even if you don’t, I wish you good times, warmth, bounty, and love.
